I am Tamara Elam! A Washington State Licensed Acupuncturist and East Asian Medical Practitioner. I am nationally board certified by the NCCAOM. I have earned my Master's (MAcOM) and Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from the esteemed Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.

I love to meet my fellow Humans where they are, and help them with their overall health, body-mind-spirit. Pain of any kind can cause us to loose some of our joy. It means a great deal to me when I’m able to see my patients with less pain, and find their joy for life again.

My Story
I retired from the US Army in 2017, and was introduced to OCOM through a VA counselor. Once I visited the school, I knew this was the path for me to take. As someone who has invisible scars and body pain, my journey into Chinese medicine has provided me with pain relief and healing. Not just physically, but mentally and Spiritually. I look forward to helping others with their own healing journey through this beautiful medicine.
